Badajoz November 4th 2010, The Confortel Golf Badajoz, part of the hotel Chain Corporación Empresarial ONCE (CEOSA) has launched its new restaurateur concept created by Julio Fernandez, an unquestionable representative and very well known in the industry.

Julio Fernandez has been developing his Cuisine in different restaurants of the city. The vocation for his family business facilitated its learning at the Restaurant El Sotano, a unique an traditional restaurant in Badajoz, during his first  8 years. Then and taking new challenges he became responsible of Club de Golf Gudiana Management.

Moreover and following the objective of the hotel renovation, the chain named last month of August Jose Maria Valdés as the new Hotel Director, after fulfilling other functions and responsibilities at Confortel Hoteles.
