Confortel Calas de Conil Conil de la Frontera

Andalusian cuisine has its own particular version in the local cuisine of Conil. Its fabulous fish and seafood, backed by its excellent vegetable produce and local wines, constitute a culinary delight.
Special mention should be given to its atún de almadraba, which refers to an age-old method used for capturing tuna in Andalusia. This is an exquisite and scarce product that is enjoyed in many different ways, especially during the famous "Tuna Week" held in June.
