Confortel Aqua 4 Valencia

Gastronomy
The sea and the fertile lands of Valencia are the natural suppliers of this jewel of Spanish cuisine. Its most famous dish, the internationally renowned paella, is just one of its delicious rice dishes. Valencia produces high quality white wines and it has its own denomination of origin. A typical cool drink to try in the summer is horchata, which is made from tiger nut milk, and can be accompanied by fartons, which are long, spongy pastries that the locals dip into the drink. Another typical cocktail from Valencia is its Agua de Valencia, a mixture of sparkling wine, orange juice, vodka and gin.
