A 10% advance payment of the total amount of the reservation may be requested for reservations for several days and during high season.
Orders by e-mail or FAX
By e-mail and fax are processed manually and, therefore, the process of reservation is slightly slower. Since reservations are not processed automatically, Confortel Hotels does not guarantee an instant response.
The completed order form must be sent in order to reserve rooms by e-mail. Confortel Hotels reserves the right to change the information contained on its web site, its format and presentation, from time to time and without prior notice.
Likewise, Confortel shall not be held liable, if the information on the hotels included in this web site does not match the situation of the facilities at the time of your visit.
